Former Houston Texans wide receiver Robert Woods has announced his retirement via his Instagram.

The Buffalo Bills drafted Woods in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He spent the first four seasons of his career in Buffalo before signing with the Los Angeles Rams in 2017. In 2021, he helped the Rams defeat the Cincinnati Bengals in Super Bowl LVI. He then spent 2022 with the Tennessee Titans before joining the Texans in 2023, catching 60 passes in two seasons with Houston.

Woods signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers ahead of the 2025 season, but was released following the preseason. He finishes his career with 683 catches, 8,233 yards, 38 touchdowns, and a Super Bowl ring.
