According to Adam Schefter, the New Orleans Saints and eight-time Pro Bowl defensive end Cameron Jordan have been unable to agree on a new deal. So Jordan will now hit the open market after 15 seasons with the Saints.

Jordan recorded 36 pressures and 10.5 sacks this past season, which was the 13th-most in the NFL. He was also one of PFF's higher graded run defenders at his position group.

Jordan's best seasons came from 2015 through 2019, when he was one of the league's more disruptive pass rushers, totaling at least 70 pressures each of those years.

Defensive end is the biggest need that the Indianapolis Colts have this offseason. Depth and competition are needed with Kwity Paye, Samson Ebukam, and Tyquan Lewis set to be free agents.

In addition to that, more pass-rush juice is needed to pair with Laiatu Latu. The Colts ranked 30th in ESPN's pass rush win rate metric in 2025.

In what is a good offseason to be addressing this position group between free agency and the NFL draft, Jordan provides the Colts with another option to consider.
