247Sports' Tom Loy announced that class of 2027 four-star athlete Cooper Ohnmacht has three unofficial visits lined up in March; Wisconsin happens to be the first on his schedule.

Ohnmacht will visit Madison, Wisconsin, on March 21, just five days before he heads to Vanderbilt on the 26th. Two days after his visit with the Commodores, he'll visit one of Wisconsin's conference rivals, Penn State.

Standing 6-foot, 185-pounds, Ohnmacht is an incredibly solid two-way player. He has great abilities at both safety and wide receiver, though he'll likely just play one of those positions in college.

As it stands, he currently has offers from Virginia Tech, Iowa State, Iowa, Vanderbilt, Penn State, Rice, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Kansas, and Kansas State.

Clearly, this isn't going to be an easy battle to win. That said, Wisconsin having the first unofficial visit certainly gives them a bit of a boost. As long as things go well, Ohnmacht should keep them in the mix even longer which helps their chances.

247Sports lists Ohnmacht as the No. 1 player in Kansas and he's the class of 2027's No. 236 overall recruit.
