Seton Hill junior right-handed pitcher Mark Wechtenhiser was named Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference West Division pitcher of the week.

The Richland High School graduate earned the win in the Griffins' 1-0 victory Saturday over Bloomsburg. He went seven scoreless innings, allowing just three hits and striking out 13 batters. A member of the 2025 Johnstown Mill Rats, Wechtenhiser did not walk a batter and needed 91 pitches to get through seven frames.
