Some of the best wrestlers in high school compete for bragging rights as they participate in the 2026 NHSCA High School Nationals.

Weight classes range from 106-285 (Boys), 100-235 (Girls), and 75-230 (Middle School).

Many athletes who have competed have become greats, including four-time NHSCA National champion Aaron Brooks, Penn State head coach Cael Sanderson, two-time Olympic medalist Kyle Dake, and more.

Friday March 27

  • 8 a.m. ET: Boys Freshman, Boys Sophomore, and High School Girls Divisions
  • 12 p.m. ET: Boys Junior and Boys Senior Divisions

Saturday March 28

  • 8 a.m. ET: Boys Freshman, Boys Sophomore, and High School Girls Divisions Consolation Bracket Competition
  • 12 p.m. ET: Boys Junior, Boys Senior Consolation Rounds 
  • 3 p.m. ET: All High School Division Quarterfinals
  • 5 p.m. ET: All High School Division Semifinals

Sunday March 29

  • 8 a.m. ET: All Boys & Girls High School Divisions Medal Matches – 3rd, 5th, and 7th
  • 8 a.m. ET: Middle School wrestling begins 
  • 10 a.m. ET:  All Boys & Girls High School Division Finals
