JPMorgan Chase executive Lorna Hajdini has filed a defamation lawsuit against disgraced former banker Chirayu Rana.
Hajdini is hitting back at Rana’s allegations that she used him as her “sex slave” and demanded a threesome , claiming that the 35-year-old completely fabricated the accusations to destroy her career and reputation.

“Ms. Hajdini categorically and unequivocally denies each and every allegation of unlawful conduct,” reads the lawsuit, which was filed in the New York state Supreme Court on Tuesday, according to the New York Post .
“These allegations are entirely false, malicious, and fabricated, and were concocted for the improper purpose of personal enrichment at the expense of defendants and others,” it stated.
The exec’s lawyers went on to slam Rana for “peddling his lies that Ms. Hajdini was a racist, sexual predator,” stating that his goal was “to destroy her reputation for leverage to extort millions of dollars” from her and JPMorgan.
The countersuit also alleges that Rana had made similar sexual misconduct claims in a previous job, with the court filing specifically stating, “Plaintiff made up eerily similar fabricated allegations of sexual misconduct against a supervisor at a prior place of employment.”
It added: “Ms. Hajdini seeks to vindicate her name, mitigate the substantial damage inflicted upon her, and hold (the) plaintiff accountable for his depraved and unlawful conduct.”
Rana’s initial accusations
It was late last month that Rana’s accusations in his own bombshell lawsuit against the 37-year-old executive director lit up social media.
He sued Hajdini in a New York court under the pseudonym “John Doe.”
In the suit, Doe accused Hajdini of coercing him into sex without his consent, drugging him, threatening and insulting him, along with other profane acts of harassment and abuse, all starting in 2024.
One of Rana’s main allegations had been that Hajdini had threatened to cut his bonus unless he agreed to have sex with her.
But the widely respected exec reportedly had no say whatsoever over a possible promotion or his compensation, according to internal documents obtained by the Post .
An internal investigation by JPMorgan found zero evidence to support the junior employee’s claims.
A number of employees cooperated with the probe, but the bank noted that Rana himself did not participate or provide evidence, according to the outlet.
Hajdini’s lawyers called Rana’s initial complaint “the culmination of a months-long campaign to smear Ms. Hajdini in the workplace, to third parties, the press, and now this court with fabricated assertions.”
JPMorgan Chase denied Doe’s claim, stating there was no evidence to support his allegations after an investigation.
“We fully support Lorna and her right to defend herself and protect her reputation,” a company spokesperson previously said. “As we have said from the outset, we don’t believe the allegations against her or the firm have merit.”
