FSU baseball to host Tallahassee Regional in 2026 NCAA Tournament

For the third straight season, the FSU Seminoles will be hosting a regional in the NCAA Baseball Tournament. The NCAA announced the 16 hosts for the tournament on Sunday, and the Seminoles were included.

It was an expected move for FSU, which is 38-17 this season and was in the mix to be a top eight seed. Those hopes have likely faded after they went 0-1 in the ACC Baseball Tournament, but they will find out their actual seed on Monday during the NCAA Selection Show.

It will be the 38th time that FSU hosts the Tallahassee Regional. They have won the last two regionals that they have hosted and are 158-63 in the Regional round overall. They are a perfect 6-0 in Tallahassee Regional games under head coach Link Jarrett, who is looking to get them back to the Men's College World Series after falling just one game short last year.

The NCAA Selection Show is set to start on Monday at noon ET and will air on ESPN2. The committee will reveal the seeds for the 16 hosts as well as the full 64-team field then.
