Sean Payton provides Bo Nix timeline update on Trey Wingo's podcast

Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton recently sat down with former ESPN host Trey Wingo to discuss all things Broncos before the real ramp-up to the 2026 season begins.
In their conversation, Payton talked about everything from his time with the New Orleans Saints, to his current situation with Denver.

One of the most notable topics they discussed was the health of quarterback Bo Nix. Payton confirmed that Nix has been out at OTA practices, and will be "fully healthy before June ends," said Payton. "There won't be any hiccups once training camp begins; and I'm optimistic that we'll get to see him in that third week (mandatory minicamp at the end of June)."

Nix's health will be a closely-watched subject as the season draws closer, and fans will certainly be holding their collective breath as the action and the contact ramp up with each additional week of practice.
