Bo Nickal vs. Kyle Daukaus squared off in a Middleweight bout earlier tonight (Sun., June 14, 2026) on the White House South Lawn from Washington, D.C., for UFC Freedom 250.

Nickal didn’t waste long to wrestle, ducking a left hand and slamming Daukaus to the canvas. Working from within the closed guard, Nickal split open his opponent with a series of elbows. Daukaus tried to work his guard high but was unable to gain any kind of angle. He was thoroughly stuck until the referee stood them up with about a minute remaining in the round. Back on the feet, Daukaus pursued hard but couldn’t find his target. Out of nowhere, Nickal stepped forward hard with a 3-2, catching Daukaus off-guard and flooring the veteran!

Nickal swarmed, dropping a flurry of elbows. Daukaus just covered up, and the referee moved in to save him a second later.

Is this the best Nickal has ever looked? From the first bell, his sense of range and timing were on point, allowing him to land that early takedown and then crack Daukaus with punches from the back foot. Nickal has now won consecutive fights via knockout, and his status as a possible contender has fully recovered from that upset loss to Reinier de Ridder last year.

Time for another ranked opponent?

Result: Nickal defeats Daukaus via knockout
