Morales only made the full-time switch from soccer to football last season, and with one year of high school left, he wants to continue proving himself and get ready for the next level.
“Continue to build that trust with my coaches and obviously living up to the expectations,” said Morales. “Like now I’m committed to Illinois, I live up to those expectations, but I think I’m ready for that challenge. Just continue to just to prove to my coaches, to myself, to Coach Hurd and everybody at Illinois that I’m I’m ready for Big Ten football.”
Morales is trained by Chicago-based Chris Nendick, who also trained former Illini David Olano.
