The Hutatma Express derives its name from the four immortal martyrs of Solapur's freedom struggle—Jagannath Shinde, Kurban Hussain, Kisan Sarda and Mallappa Dhanshetti—whose supreme sacrifice during India's freedom movement continues to inspire generations. The train serves as a moving tribute to these brave sons of Solapur, keeping alive the memory of their patriotism and unwavering commitment to the country.
