AAU Junior Olympics Track And Field Schedule: Every Event On Day 4

It's the fourth day of competition at the 2026 AAU Junior Olympic Track And Field Games, and the second day of running and field events.

The day kicks off with the 1500m run for boys and girls aged 13 and up, with running events continuing until the 400m run to close out the day.

Field events begin with the long jump for boys and girls age nine and continues until boys and girls age 14 close out the day with the triple jump.

As new junior leaders and AAU records are set throughout the week, here's the full schedule for events on August 4 from Des Moines, Iowa.
