The Atlanta Falcons held their first padded practice to kick off the second week of training camp, but not without a few injuries. Offensive tackle Wanya Morris and defensive lineman Da'Shawn each exited Monday's practice did not return.

Falcons head coach Kevin Stefanski provided some injury updates during his latest press conference. While Morris will be a limited participant in practice on Tuesday, Stefanski said Hand would be held out. However, he made sure to clarify that Hand's injury would not be a long-term issue.

As for quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, Stefanski said the veteran quarterback would be limited at Tuesday's practice after returning to 11-on-11 drills on Monday. The Falcons are being cautious with both Tagovailoa and Michael Penix Jr., so we wouldn't read too much into Tua's limited status.

With that said, it will be rookie quarterback Jack Strand and veteran Cooper Rush getting the QB1 reps at Tuesday's practice.

The Falcons signed running back Bijan Robinson to a three-year extension that could be worth up to $75 million, including $51 million in guaranteed money. Stefanski was happy to get the deal done with Robinson but said the "hold-in was amicable.

"Very excited for him, excited for us," said Stefanski of Robinson's return. "I think everyone knows how we feel about Bijan the player and the person."

While Robinson is set to make his training camp debut on Tuesday, but Stefanski said the running back would be limited this week.

"He won't be full go. We won't let him go. We will have a plan here in the next week to ramp him up."
