'Ulster have come on so much' - Tuite

Ulster second row Fiona Tuite said the province have "come on and developed" ahead of the upcoming Interprovincial Championship.

Murray Houston's side open their campaign by welcoming Connacht to Affidea Stadium on Saturday, 8 August (16:15 BST).
Ulster finished fourth and lost all of their matches last year, but Tuite believes the side have grown heading into the fixture in Belfast.
"I am really excited, you can see in the year that I was not here how much the team have come on and how players have developed," Tuite told BBC Sport NI.
"From a lineout point of view, which I have a close eye on, the girls have come on so much, so it is so nice to be able to slot in there.
"It feels like we are back home and it has been really nice to be back. I think they are going to be tough, tough matches."
'Ulster keep a really big focus on ourselves'
It has been a year of transition for Ulster with five new faces brought into the latest 34-player squad.
There has also been a change in coaching staff with former Ulster back row Reuben Crothers the new forwards coach, former English championship player Griffin Philipson appointed scrum and defence coach and Ulster centre James Hume also in the set-up.
"We keep a really big focus on ourselves, every game we set ourselves individual tasks and have team outcomes that we will focus on and look back on," she continued.
"We all about living in the moment this year and enjoying everything and taking each challenge as it comes.
"There are plenty of new girls coming in and plenty of new caps, new coaching staff so it is really exciting, but we will focus on ourselves, and the outcome will look after itself."
Tuite played a key role in Ireland's successful Six Nations campaign and started all of the matches.
Now, she hopes she can help the northern province with the skills she developed on the international stage.
"I try to bring everything I can from the Ireland set-up here," Tuite added.
"If it is a nugget of information or a connection piece as a team. If I can bring anything into the squad here, then super.
"I was really, really nervous coming up and rightly so as the girls have hit the ground running and the first session was really tough. I am delighted to get going again. "
