Nick Sirianni Gives Very Promising Words on Eagles' OC Sean Mannion

Being on the same page with offensive coordinator Sean Mannion is going to be very important for the Philadelphia Eagles and Nick Sirianni.

Sirianni, who has certainly done a lot of good during his time in Philadelphia, could find himself in a somewhat weird spot if his offensive coordinator can't do the job. The unfortunate part here is that the Eagles absolutely need Mannion to be the guy they were hoping for when they decided to make him their next offensive coordinator.
It's early in the process, but there have been some promising signs that things are already working out.
Again, that doesn't mean things are going to be perfect, but there's at least some hope within the organization right now, and all the players and coaches have said similar things. That includes Sirianni, who recently spoke about all of this. I think that he has a great overall view of the offense, and everybody respects him so far.
“What Sean [Mannion] just shows, is a very good overall view of the offense. When he comes up here, he has everybody’s attention and is able to talk to every position. I’ve been very impressed by that — obviously, one of the reasons we hired him as far as just his expertise. And, I think the guys have been really impressed by that,” Sirianni said, per Bleeding Green.
Respect can go a long way in the NFL, though this is a make-or-break business, and if the Eagles start to struggle, players will turn on him. We saw that with Kevin Patullo a year ago, though the early returns of Mannion don't seem to be in a similar light.
I'm more interested to see the type of offense he wants to run, as some have suggested that this is going to be a pass-heavy offense.
With how elite the Eagles' run game is, I'm curious to see if that's his plan.
