Aaron Donald works out with Rams' Braden Fiske

The NFL preseason is quickly approaching for the Los Angeles Rams and so is a decision from defensive end Aaron Donald.

Donald has not played for the Rams since the conclusion of the 2023 season. The Rams already are considered to be the favorites to win the Super Bowl this upcoming season, and the addition of Donald would only further those odds.

Head coach Sean McVay has provided updates regarding Donald, who was recently listed as having a workout with the Rams in recent days.

The Rams followed NFL rules, listing Donald as someone who participated in a workout on the league transaction wire, which is required if the player uses team equipment, such as a helmet.

When speaking with reporters on Thursday, McVay had also mentioned that Donald had flown his speed trainer out to Los Angeles from Pittsburgh.

In a video posted to social media on Sunday, Donald was seen working through drills along with defensive lineman Braden Fiske and Desjuan Johnson at the Rams' practice facility.

Fiske was never officially a teammate of Donald, playing his rookie season in 2024. Johnson did spend his rookie season as a teammate of Donald in 2023.

The video was shared by the 2Tenths Speed and Agility account on X. Donald has worked closely with trainer DeWayne Brown of 2Tenths Speed and Agility throughout a majority of his career.

Donald also was seen in videos earlier this week working out at UCLA's football facility with a Rams helmet on this past week.
