As a pair of 17-year-olds squared off in the final match of the U.S. Women's Amateur Championship, another 17-year-old was making history of her own in London. Anna Huang, the Canadian teen who has taken the Ladies European Tour by storm, won her fourth LET title in two years on Sunday, going wire-to-wire at the PIF London Championship at Centurion Club.
Huang, now the youngest player in LET history to win four times, moved up to No. 2 on the season's Order of Merit. She held off the home favorite, Charley Hull, with an eagle on the final hole to win by two strokes.

“That was probably the most thrilling round of golf of my life, that was crazy. I have no words. I’m just so shocked,” said Huang. “I knew coming down three tough holes was not easy, and I tried to focus on each shot because anything can happen in golf, and I stayed in my own lane."
At 17 years, nine months and 10 days, Huang became the youngest player to win four LET titles, besting the previous record set by Lydia Ko at 18 years, four months and 20 days.
“I’ve always looked up to Lydia, she’s always been my idol growing up," said Huang. "There’s so much to admire about her game. She’s so calm and composed. Jeeno [Thitikul] is the biggest rising star of our generation and being part of that small group is special.”
Hull carded a course-record 62 in the second round and took the lead late on Sunday after Huang found the water on the 16th. A four-putt from Hull on the 17th, however, resulted in a double bogey, and Huang shut the door with a closing eagle to finish at 22 under for the tournament. Huang eagled the par-5 18th hole in each of the four rounds.
Shannon Tan finished in solo third after a sizzling 64 that included two eagles.
