NBCC to launch development projects worth over Rs 500 crore for HUDCO in Delhi-NCR

NBCC and HUDCO, two Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, have further strengthened their strategic partnership with the launch of two major development projects in the Delhi-NCR region. Bhoomi Pujan ceremonies for both the projects were held recently, marking the beginning of execution of the projects.
Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, HUDCO and Dr. K.P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC were present at the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony. Dr. Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial), NBCC; M. Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning), HUDCO; Daljit Singh Khatri, Director (Finance), HUDCO and senior officials of both the organizations were present on the occasion.

The larger of the two projects is an integrated office complex in Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with an estimated project cost of ₹ 485.20 crore. The project will have a maximum configuration of 2 basements + ground + 7 floors (2B+G+7) and a total built-up area of approximately 82,617 square meters. The project aims to achieve a 4-star GRIHA rating, underscoring its commitment to sustainable and energy-efficient development.
The second project is commercial development in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad with an estimated cost of ₹ 34.64 crore. The project, with a basement + ground floor + 7 (B+G+7) configuration, will have a total built-up area of approximately 6,400 square meters. The project aims to achieve a 3-star GRIHA rating, reflecting a commitment to sustainable development.
These two projects mark a significant step forward in the strategic collaboration between HUDCO and NBCC. This partnership builds on previously signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between the two organizations, under which NBCC was assigned responsibility for development projects.
