Tuesday, the Carolina Hurricanes announced the roster for the upcoming Prospect Showcase (as well as a minor schedule change), which kicks off this Sunday at the recently renamed Lane Arena.

The Hurricanes’ bench boss will be Chicago Wolves head coach, Spiros Anastas, with assistant coaches Dan Price and RJ Enga, the latter of which was hired just last week.

Both Bradly Nadeau and Charles-Alexis Legault – familiar faces who have logged games at the top-league – will play in the tournament. Eyes will notably be on them going into next season, with Nadeau the most likely to fill in for Seth Jarvis, who is anticipated to miss the first leg of the season due to shoulder surgery, while Legault could potentially cover Alexander Nikishin’s role should the RFA not have a contract when the season begins.

Interestingly, two players selected just this past Entry Draft will make an appearance, forward Zachary Lansard and goaltender Zachary Jovanovski, as well as a trio of invitees, forwards Jakub Frolo and Thomas Desruisseaux and defenseman Jackson Marthaler.
