The Jets had claimed a 17-7 lead at the beginning of the fourth quarter before Jordan Love threw for his second touchdown of the game and Trey Smack kicked a field goal to level at 17-17.
Smack then made a 26-yard kick in overtime to clinch the Packers’ first win of the season.
A low-scoring NFC North clash saw Will Reichard kick three field goals for the Minnesota Vikings to clinch a narrow 9-3 victory over the Chicago Bears.
Jalen Hurts threw two touchdowns as the Philadelphia Eagles came from behind to beat the Tennessee Titans 24-20.
A closely fought game saw the score locked at 17-17 at the end of the third quarter and, in the final quarter, Joey Slye’s field goal put the Titans ahead with two minutes left on the clock.
However, Hurts connected with Darius Cooper for a three-yard touchdown with 14 seconds remaining to wrap up a second successive win.
Two touchdowns from Joe Burrow also steered the Cincinnati Bengals to a second successive win by beating the Houston Texans 20-6.

The New England Patriots claimed a maiden victory too, beating the Pittsburgh Steelers 20-3 and quarterback Tyler Shough’s rushing touchdown in the final minutes of the fourth quarter helped the New Orleans Saints clinch a 24-17 win over the Baltimore Ravens.
