The Cincinnati Bengals are bringing back wide receiver Mitchell Tinsley, according to a report by ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Tinsley, who was cut by the Bengals at the end of training camp, was on the Houston Texans practice squad and will now occupy a spot on Cincinnati's 53-man roster.

Tinsley played last season in Cincinnati and had eight catches for 116 yards and two touchdowns for the Bengals.
