Players can redeem tokens when entering contests and receive Betr Bucks equal to the contest entry fee (up to $50) if their entry loses. Effectively, the tokens allow for a second chance to win.

  • New customers only: 18+, 19+, or 21+, depending on the state.

  • Minimum deposit: $10.

  • Token value: equal to the value of a contest entry fee – up to $50.

  • Playthrough: players must play through their first deposit before they can withdraw winnings.

  • Betr Bucks: cannot be withdrawn; expire after 30 days if left unused.

  2. Register an account and enter promo code YAHOOBONUS, if it hasn’t already populated.

As the name suggests, the main way to play at Betr Picks is to, well, pick. In this case, you simply pick higher or lower on player stat projections.

If you choose to create an account on Friday, here are my favorite picks for the NCAAF action:

Player

Projection

My pick

Marcus Stokes, MPHS

224.5 passing yards

Higher

Brian Bonner Jr., WASH

63.5 rushing yards

Higher

Deuce Bailey, COAST

215.5 passing yards

Lower

Three big college football games will kick off this Friday night, starting with Tulane hosting Memphis at 7:30 PM ET. Two games will follow at 8:00 PM ET: Purdue will host Washington, and Coastal Carolina will host Appalachian State.

Stokes has been exceptional for the Tigers in his first season playing quarterback. He’ll be up against a Tulane defense that allowed over 224.5 passing yards to three straight quarterbacks before getting run over by the Army Black Knights last week.

Bonner ranks second on the Huskies in carries (51), behind quarterback Demond Williams (64). Williams isn’t expected to suit up on Friday night, so I expect Bonner to carry the offense.

Bailey completed 8 of 18 passes for 73 yards in Coastal’s 27-21 road win over Marshall last week, marking their first FBS win this season. Bailey wasn’t the only quarterback to struggle through poor weather last week, but he might be asked to hand the ball off several more times per game regardless.
