WIRC of ICSI conducts CS Career Awareness Program on 23rd October 2026

The Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducted “Career Awareness Program” at Shailendra Education Society’s Arts, Commerce and Science College, Dahisar, Mumbai – Junior College on 23rd October 2026 to create awareness among students about the opportunities and career prospects in the Company Secretary profession.

The official from the WIRC of ICSI, shared insights into the CS course, including its eligibility criteria, curriculum, examination structure, career opportunities and one of the Company Secretary shared the significant role of Company Secretaries in the corporate sector. She also interacted with the students, addressing their queries and guiding them on pursuing the CS profession as a rewarding career option.
The program witnessed an enthusiastic response, with 100+ students attending the session. The interactive session helped participants gain a better understanding of the Company Secretary course and the diverse career opportunities it offers.
Mr. Ramchandra Kumbhar, Principal Junior College, Ms. Anjali Loke, Assistant Head Mistress and Supervisor Junior College, Ms. Beena Kharatkar and Chandrakant Nande, Coordinator of the Junior Collge, Shailendra Education Society, appreciated the efforts of ICSI.
