On Tuesday, Nov. 3, Davis revealed on social media that his final four schools are Gonzaga, Washington, North Carolina and UCLA. He's already made official campus visits with the Huskies, Tar Heels and Bruins.
"It's going to be a tough decision truthfully," said Bremerton head coach Miah Davis, Jalen's father. "They all bring great value."
Davis, the two-time Kitsap Sun athlete of the year, is ranked as the No. 13 recruit nationally and the No. 1 recruit in the state by 247Sports.
As a junior in 2025-26, Davis averaged 30 points, 8.9 rebounds, 5.3 steals and 3.7 assists per game while leading Bremerton to its second consecutive Class 2A state title. He became the Knights' all-time career scorer with 2,064 points and will begin his senior campaign ranked second in West Sound history behind Steven Gray, who scored 2,415 points in his time at Chimacum and Bainbridge before playing collegiately at Gonzaga.
Davis is the biggest basketball recruit from Kitsap County since fellow Bremerton alum Marvin Williams, who signed North Carolina in 2003 and led the Tar Heels to the NCAA national title in his only collegiate season before heading to the NBA.
Bremerton is scheduled to begin the 2026-27 season Dec. 8 against Port Angeles. Among the Knights' top game this campaign is a Dec. 19 road game against Rainier Beach, the defending 3A state champ. The Vikings' roster features JJ Crawford, one of the top Class of 2029 national recruits.
