Windthorst QB Brock Belcher climbs to No. 3 on Texas all-time passing TD list

Windthorst senior quarterback Brock Belcher added another milestone to his record-setting career Friday, Nov. 6, moving into third place on Texas high school football's all-time passing touchdowns list across all classifications.

Belcher threw three touchdown passes in the Trojans' 55-6 victory over Munday, bringing his career total to 168 and moving him past former Ennis quarterback Graham Harrell, who finished with 167.
The senior entered the game with 38 touchdown passes this season and added scoring throws to three different receivers as Windthorst (9-1, 6-0) closed out the regular season with another dominant performance.
Belcher completed 15 of 24 passes for 209 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. He also rushed six times for 49 yards and a touchdown, accounting for four scores in the victory.
His first touchdown pass went to Ruben Willden for 30 yards in the opening quarter. Belcher later connected with Aiden Stark for a 15-yard score in the second quarter before finding Brodie Belz for a 21-yard touchdown in the third.
The performance continued an impressive senior campaign for Belcher, who has now thrown 41 touchdown passes this season after recording 37 in 2024.
Belcher trails only Refugio's Travis Quintanilla (186) and Sunray's Armando Lujan (171) on the UIL-era career passing touchdowns list maintained by Texas High School Football History.
