Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra chose not to directly address the comments made about Giannis Antetokounmpo by former Milwaukee Bucks head coach Doc Rivers on Thursday’s episode of “The Bill Simmons Podcast.” “Look, I like Doc, and I respect him,” Spoelstra said when asked about Rivers’ comments by The Athletic on Saturday. “This is our business now.” During his podcast appearance, Rivers said he found it “difficult” and “not easy” to coach Antetokounmpo and pointed to the two-time MVP’s offensive game and preferred style of play as the primary reasons finding success with Antetokounmpo was “hard to get right.”
