Welterweights are headed to OKC.

Social media user Kevin Kwas first to break the news.
Holland (29-15-1) enters the matchup coming off a much-needed unanimous decision victory over Randy Brown at UFC 327, snapping a two-fight skid.
Before that win, “Trailblazer” suffered back-to-back defeats against Mike Malott and Daniel Rodriguez, though the Rodriguez fight still somehow managed to become one of the wildest and most entertaining Welterweight scraps of that year.
The longtime UFC action fighter has alternated wins and losses over his last several appearances and currently sits at 4-4 across his previous eight fights.
Now, he gets another dangerous up-and-comer thrown at him.
Smith (12-0) has quickly become one of the most violent prospects in the UFC’s Welterweight division.
The undefeated contender most recently steamrolled Josiah Harrell at UFC Houston to earn a Performance of the Night bonus (watch highlights). Before that, Smith submitted Niko Price (watch highlights) and obliterated Preston Parsons in just 73 seconds.
So far, Smith looks like the exact type of aggressive pressure fighter the UFC loves building around.
And interestingly enough, this fight did not come out of nowhere.
Following his win over Harrell, Smith specifically called out Holland after a UFC commentator, Daniel Cormier, told him that “Trailblazer” would “whoop his ass.”
Well, now he gets the chance to prove otherwise.
Here is what UFC Oklahoma City looks like:
Kevin Holland vs. Jacobe Smith
Amanda Ribas vs. Fatima Kline
Brad Tavares vs. Marc-Andre Barriault
Chase Hooper vs. Mitch Ramirez
Alvin Hines vs. Allen Frye Jr.
Veronica Hardy vs. Dione Barbosa
Felipe Franco vs. Levi Rodrigues Jr.
