My process for ranking fantasy football players each year is a methodical one. It usually takes me about six weeks to evaluate the difficulty of each individual matchup, arrive at my projections and order the players using a formula I developed over a decade ago to create my Big Boards: Success Score Index (SSI). To say the time investment is worth it each year would be an understatement: I have yet to suffer a losing money season in 25 years of playing high-stakes fantasy football. Needless to say, the Big Boards are worth the wait.

This is one way to say that it will be a few more weeks before my Big Boards will be ready. In the meantime, I thought it would be helpful to our loyal audience if I put together a top 150 to give each of you an idea where my head is at before I dig deep into every team over the next month.
