MADISON – On June 7, Darin Graham, an edge rusher from Mount Carmel High School in Chicago, committed to the Wisconsin football program's 2027 class.
Four months later, he changed his mind.

The 6-foot-5, 224-pound standout announced Oct. 5 on social media that he has reopened his recruitment.

“I would like to thank the University of Wisconsin and the football staff for the opportunity. At this time, I have decided to de commit from Wisconsin,” he wrote on X.
Graham, who attends the same high school that produced Badgers running back Darrion Dupree, committed to UW shortly after making an official visit to the program.
His departure leaves the Badgers with 22 players in its 2027 class
The class ranked 24th nationally by 247sports and No. 28 by Rivals on Oct. 6.
