The Denver Broncos’ dramatic win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday brought a lot of excitement among fans of the team from the Mile High City.

With the ball in the hands of quarterback Patrick Mahomes, the Chiefs had a shot at securing an easy win as the ball was at the four-yard line with 35 seconds left. However, the Broncos’ defence kept making it difficult for the Chiefs’ offence, and after a penalty, they had to make a play from the 6-yard line on fourth down to win the game.
It looked like another clutch play from Mahomes was set to happen but the Broncos’ defensive lineman Malcolm Roach went on to sack the three-time Super Bowl champion to help his team to a 28-24 win.
This led to celebrations not just at Empower Field but also at Hollywood actress Kate Hudson’s living room.

Kate Hudson is a loud and proud Broncos fan and so is her husband, Kurt Russell. The couple were thrilled watching the last play where Roach sacked Mahomes.
As the play started, Hudson appeared to scream ‘sack him’ at the television, something probably every Broncos fan in the stadium was saying. When Roach did exactly that, there was a lot of jumping around in the room. Russell, who hugged Hudson after the Broncos win, was seen in a Bo Nix jersey, and all of this seemed very relatable for fans.

One fan said: “That video made my day. Kate & Kurt rooting for the Broncos!!!” While another added: “I love Kate Hudson. I’ll watch anything she stars in, one of my all-time favourite female actress and happens to cheer for the best team.”
Someone also stated: “Kate Hudson is a Bronco fan?? Now I’m a fan of her.”
A fan guessed how Hudson ended up supporting the Broncos. “Seems like I’ve heard that her mom lives in Colorado. So, this would make sense,” the fan wrote.
“Can confirm this was also me,” said a fan who could understand what Hudson was feeling after the dramatic win.
Hudson confirmed years ago on Jimmy Fallon’s Show, that the reason she started supporting the Broncos is that she grew up in Colorado.
The actress was also recently a guest on The Manning Cast during the Chiefs vs. Broncos game in Week 1. Hudson had previously confirmed that she and her family were extremely happy to see Peyton Manning move to the Broncos.
With the Broncos holding a 6-2 record, this could be an exciting season for the Broncos. This means that similar joyful moments from Hudson’s living room could be there to see for fans.
