Rory McIlroy got the majors off to a rousing start with a second consecutive Masters victory and Scottie Scheffler will try to follow that pattern after winning the PGA at Quail Hollow in 2025. Those two superstars are among several prior Wanamaker Trophy winners in this year's field, including three-time champion Brooks Koepka.

While the 2026 host club, Aronimink, is not on the regular PGA Tour circuit, it has served as a fill-in stop occasionally. Keegan Bradley and Justin Rose have won tournaments there and could benefit from that familiarity this week. Cameron Young and Matt Fitzpatrick also have had a hot hand this year and should be contenders as well.

It should be an exciting weekend of golf; here's everything you need to know about where and when to watch each round.

Where is the PGA Championship in 2026?

  • Course: Aronimink Golf Club
  • Location: Newton Square, Pennsylvania

This year's PGA Championship is moving back to Aronimink, a club founded in 1896 that has hosted several PGA and LPGA events.

The last time the PGA Championship was hosted at the Philadelphia-area course was 1962. That event was won by Gary Player, who was 26 years old at the time and is 90 now.

This course has come back for more events, however, hosting the Women's PGA Championship in 2020, the BMW Championship in 2018 and the Senior PGA Championship in 2003.
