‘She Did a Little Extra’ — Super Bowl Champion Takes Issue With Madison Beer’s ‘Revealing Clothing’ During Justin Herbert’s Chargers Game

T.J. Ward saw the reaction to his first Madison Beer take and apparently decided to double down on his criticism. The former Denver Broncos safety and Super Bowl 50 champion expanded on his criticism of Justin Herbert’s relationship with his fiancée, Beer, in a clip that “Speakeasy” shared on Thursday.
This time, Ward moved beyond questions about whether the relationship is a distraction and also criticized Beer’s clothing and reaction when cameras showed her at a Los Angeles Chargers game.

T.J. Ward Doubles Down on Madison Beer Criticism
Ward framed it as a fair game once a celebrity relationship becomes public. “When you put your personal life in front of the world, it’s up for critique. It’s up for observation,” Ward said in the shared clip. “And like I say all the time, I observe [expletive]. And then I give it back to y’all.”
He then tied the relationship back to Herbert’s football.
“Has he gotten better or worse since they got together?” Ward asked. “When you talk about Justin Herbert most of the time this offseason, what is it surrounded around: football or his girlfriend?”
Ward had already warned Herbert that Beer was “using” him and suggested she could leave if the quarterback’s success faded. He then turned his attention to Beer’s appearance and behavior at a Chargers game.
“Was she not at the game with revealing clothing on?” Ward asked. “And as soon as the camera got to her, she did a little extra.”

T.J. Ward Points to Justin Herbert’s 0-2 Start
The Chargers are 0-2 after consecutive 26-14 losses to the Arizona Cardinals and Las Vegas Raiders. Herbert has completed 32 of 54 passes for 401 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions while taking six sacks.
PFN’s QB Impact Score also has Herbert outside the top 20 through two weeks. He ranks No. 31 out of 33 eligible quarterbacks with a grade of 65.2.

Ward used Herbert’s early-season struggles as part of his argument, but his criticism also extended beyond football.
“I’m not talking about love. Love is love. That’s cool. Love your lady,” Ward said. “But there are certain ways that if I’m going to be involved with a woman, she has to present herself and she has to act.”
Ward finished by acknowledging that nobody has to agree with him.
“My observations, I just allude to what I see,” he said. “And you don’t have to agree with me. It’s all good. But I know what I know.”
The Chargers will now turn their attention to a Week 3 road matchup against the Buffalo Bills, while Herbert remains under scrutiny following the team’s 0-2 start. Ward, meanwhile, has made clear that he intends to continue discussing Herbert’s relationship with Beer alongside the quarterback’s performance on the field.
